I’m Willer. I love
understanding problems
and building systems.
Before thinking about technology, code, or screens, I want to understand how your work actually happens. Who is involved, what information moves through the operation, which rules must be followed, and where exceptions, decisions, controls, and difficulties arise. That is where the system begins.
First, I need to understand. I want to see the work as it actually happens: the people involved, the information that moves through it, the documents, the controls, the difficulties, and what you want to improve.
Then I organize what I have learned with you. I turn processes, relationships, rules, states, flows, and decisions into a structure that makes sense before I even start programming.
Only then do I start building. Interface, data, rules, and integrations stop being isolated pieces and become a system designed around your operation.
And the work can continue. Your operation changes, new needs appear, and some ideas only become clear through use. When there is a real reason to evolve the system, I stay by your side.
I do not start with a list of modules. I start with what you need to solve. Sometimes the answer is a small tool for a specific problem. In other cases, several processes need to work together, and the system grows alongside the operation. The size of the solution comes after understanding the problem.
I can transform processes that currently live in spreadsheets, messages, paper, or people’s heads into an organized environment connected to the way you actually work.
When a task is repetitive and follows clear rules, I look at whether it makes sense to take it out of people’s hands and let the system handle it.
If you need to copy the same information from one place to another, perhaps the systems should talk to each other. I look for those connections when they genuinely simplify the work.
I can also create dedicated spaces where clients, partners, suppliers, or teams can access exactly what they need within the context of your operation.
I like information to be in the right place. Documents, records, versions, and histories can remain connected to the people, processes, and decisions they truly belong to.
And when several parts of the operation need to work together, I can bring them into a larger structure. A single system can emerge gradually, following what the business actually needs.
